Key Objectives

— Provide operational guidance throughout the design phase to maximise guest & employee journey

— Give creative input into the brand identity, tone of voice and brand guidelines

— Procurement of crockery, cutlery and glassware to fit the design brief of the restaurant & bar

— Assist in the recruitment of key management positions including Operations Director, Head Chef and General Manager

— Implement a fully integrated reservations system across all areas of the business

— Procure an EPOS system that integrates with the reservations channel
