Set in the heart of Miami, the 18 Sunset development will complete the transformation of this waterfront,  pedestrian community to a thriving hub for active lifestyle residential, commercial and fitness uses.

At CENSE, we were approached by DECO Capital to assist in sourcing a global hospitality brand to contract a lease on a 9000 sq ft ground floor retail space overlooking Sunset Harbour.
